We will be collecting items for the Winter Shelter starting Jan 1, 2025.  Boxes will be set up in the foyer for collection.  We will be collecting NEW items only.  The list will be on the boxes but so you can start picking up things as you shop.

We will be collecting:

  • Socks
  • Underwear, men & women’s, all sizes
  • Rain ponchos
  • Backpacks
  • Hoodies
  • Hand warmers
  • Gloves
  • Tooth brushes & tooth paste
  • Baby wipes (in sealed pkgs)
  • Women’s pads & tampons
  • Juice boxes (for the bagged lunches)

Progressive Housing (who run the Winter Shelter) now have an office at Trinity United Church and are accepting slightly used/ in good condition items for the shelter.  If you have sleeping bags/ blankets, coats, jeans, shirts (no dress clothes) that could be used, YOU CAN DROP THESE OFF at Trinity:
